Nova Creek Apparel is a print-on-demand brand. All products are made to order and produced by our third-party fulfillment partners. As a result:
- Product colors may vary slightly from what is displayed on your screen due to monitor settings and printing processes
- Production times are in addition to shipping times — please allow for both when estimating delivery
- We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or remove any product from our catalog at any time without notice
- Product descriptions and images are provided for informational purposes and may not be exactly to scale
4. Orders & Payment
By placing an order on our Site, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
a. Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for pricing errors and reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at an incorrect price.
b. Payment
We accept major credit cards and PayPal. By submitting your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable amount to your chosen payment method. All transactions are processed securely by our third-party payment processors.
c. Order Confirmation

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by our fulfillment partners, shipping carriers, customs, or events outside our control. Nova Creek Apparel ships to addresses within the United States and select international destinations.

- Delivery timelines vary by shipping method and destination
- We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed to the carrier
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees assessed by their country
